Billing Policy

Customers agree to pay Tumascho Investment Services CC for all services requested and provided through biparegistration.com. All fees are clearly stated on our website and/or sales invoices at the time of purchase. Payments must be made in full before services are rendered.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  • Direct Bank Deposits
  • Mobile Money Payments
  • Credit/Debit Card Payments (where applicable)

Customers must ensure that they provide the correct reference details when making payments to avoid delays in processing their orders.

Late Payments & Non-Payment

  • Payments are due upon issuance of the invoice.
  • Failure to complete payment within three (3) days of the due date may result in service suspension.
  • If payment is not received within seven (7) days, access to services may be permanently revoked.
  • Any outstanding balances must be settled before service reactivation. A reactivation fee may apply.
  • After ninety (90) days of non-payment, customer data may be permanently deleted for security reasons.

Refund Policy

  • All payments made are non-refundable, except in cases where a money-back guarantee is explicitly offered for a specific service.
  • If a customer cancels a service before it is delivered, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 10-14 business days from the date of approval.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel their services at any time by submitting a formal cancellation request via email at registration@biparegistration.com. The following terms apply:

  • Advance Notice: A minimum of five (5) business days prior to the next billing cycle is required for cancellations to take effect.
  • No Prorated Refunds: Partial-month usage is not refunded.
  • Outstanding Balances: Any unpaid amounts must be settled before cancellation is processed.

We do not accept cancellation requests via phone, social media, or in-person visits. A written request must be submitted via email.

Changes to Billing & Cancellation Policy

Tumascho Investment Services CC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or updates on our website.
